Client Portal Request


Please complete the form below to request access to your own client portal. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and processed by our team accordingly. A confirmation email will be sent once your portal is set up. Or call us on 02 9929 4177 and speak to one of our staff members where they can create one for you.


Your dedicated portal can be used for. 

  • Secure document sharing: You can easily share documents securely through the portal with us (and we can do the same with you), eliminating the need to send documents via email. 
  • Document collaboration: We can collaborate on shared documents through the portal, ensuring a seamless and streamlined working experience. 
  • Secure document sharing with third parties: We can share your documents securely through the portal with any third party nominated by you (e.g. your bookkeeper or financial adviser), once again eliminating the need to send documents via email. 
  • ATO correspondence: We are in the process of implementing the ability to deliver ATO correspondence directly through to your client portal, this will be rolled out in 2 step stages. 
  • Step 1 has been completed: PAYG instalment notices are now being delivered to your client portal.
  • Step 2 is currently underway: this will extend to include all other notices received from the ATO.

 

Please note that your dedicated portal will not be used for the following. 

  • Electronic signatures: We use an application called ‘FuseSign’ for electronic signatures on important documents.
